Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to manddigital.com, the public marketing website. It does not describe the client portal at app.manddigital.com, which handles accounts, project information and payments and has its own privacy notice.

Where this policy says the website does not do something, that statement is about this website only.

2. What this website does not do

Being specific about the absences matters as much as listing what we collect. This website:

• has no newsletter signup and no mailing list;
• has no user accounts and no login of its own;
• does not process payments; and
• does not sell personal information.

If you want to start a project or log in, you leave this website for the client portal, and that application collects the information it needs there.

3. Information you give us

The home page has a contact form. It is the only place on this website where you can send us anything, and using it is entirely optional. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

If you send the form, we receive:

• your name;
• your company, if you fill that field in;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you fill that field in;
• which service you said you are interested in; and
• the message you wrote.

We use it to reply to you, to understand what you are asking for, and to carry on the conversation you started. That is the whole purpose.

Sending the form does not sign you up to anything. You are not added to a mailing list, and what you send is not sold and is not shared outside Mand Digital, apart from the hosting and email providers that carry the message on our behalf.

The form sends your message to a Mand Digital mailbox by email. This website does not store it in a database of its own.

4. Information collected automatically

Like any website, this site is served over the internet and our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to serve and secure the website.

Beyond that, measurement on this website happens through Google Tag Manager and the tags configured inside it, and only to the extent you consent to it.

5. Consent comes first

This website implements Google Consent Mode v2. Before any tag is allowed to load, every non-essential signal is set to denied by default:

• analytics_storage: denied
• ad_storage: denied
• ad_user_data: denied
• ad_personalization: denied
• personalization_storage: denied

Only security_storage and functionality_storage, the strictly necessary categories, are granted by default. Nothing analytics-related or advertising-related runs until you make an explicit choice.

Scrolling, continuing to browse or dismissing the banner is not consent. Closing the preferences dialog without choosing leaves everything denied.

6. Analytics and advertising

If you accept analytics cookies, analytics tags may set identifiers and measure how the website is used: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used to understand which pages work and to improve the site.

If you accept advertising cookies, advertising tags may set identifiers used to measure and improve advertising campaigns, including whether a visit followed an advertisement.

These tags are configured inside our Google Tag Manager container and may include Google services. Where Google acts as a provider of these services, its own privacy terms apply to the data it processes.

7. Storage on your device

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key mand_cookie_consent. It records which categories you accepted, when you chose, and a version number so that a material change to this policy can ask you again.

That entry stays on your device. It is not sent to us as a separate record and it does not identify you.

Any other cookies or identifiers come from the tags you consented to. The Cookie Policy describes the categories in detail.

8. Your choices

• Accept all, reject non-essential, or choose per category, from the banner on your first visit.
• Change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.
• Clear your browser's storage for this site to reset the choice entirely.
• Use your browser's own controls to block or delete cookies.

Rejecting non-essential cookies does not reduce the website's functionality. Every page works the same either way.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information about you, including the right to know what is collected, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

To make a request, write to legal@manddigital.com. If it concerns a message you sent through the contact form, that is what we will look for. If it concerns analytics or advertising, it is handled through the consent controls described above. Requests about a project or a portal account are handled through the client portal.

10. Retention

Your consent record stays on your device until you clear it or until the policy version changes. Measurement data held by analytics and advertising providers is retained according to those providers' retention settings and terms.

A message you send through the contact form stays in our email for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and anything that follows from it. You can ask us to delete it at the address below.

11. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current version. A change that affects what you consented to bumps the consent version, which re-asks every visitor for a fresh choice.
