Driveways, patios, stamped work. Show the pours you're proud of.

Website Design for Your Trade

Each trade sells differently, gets hired differently and needs its site to do a different job. These pages cover what that means in practice, trade by trade.

  • Pool Builders

Project galleries, design and build process, and a quote form that asks about the yard.

  • Roofing

Repairs and replacements presented separately, with a fast route to an estimate request.

  • HVAC

Heating, cooling and maintenance organized so a customer finds the right service fast.

  • Plumbing

A site built for the phone: number first, service area obvious, services easy to scan.

  • Electricians

License and credentials in the open, services split by residential and commercial work.

  • Home Builders

Completed homes, floor plans and a build process explained for first-time buyers.

  • Remodeling

Before and after pairs, project types, and a process that prepares people for living through it.

  • Landscaping

Design and build separated from maintenance contracts, with project work shown properly.

  • Painting

Interior and exterior work separated, with room to explain the preparation nobody photographs.

  • Concrete

Project types, finish options and the capability a commercial buyer is checking for.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers

Do I really own the website?

Yes. The domain and hosting are on your own accounts, and the site lives there. We build and publish it, and you keep full ownership with no lock-in.

How much does a contractor website cost?

It depends on the scope: how many services and areas you cover, how much content there is to write and what the site has to do. We quote every project individually and send a written proposal with the price and payment terms before any work starts.

How are payments handled?

The payment terms are written into your proposal and agreed before the project starts. You see them, and approve them, before anything is built.

What does "no monthly fees" mean?

There is no mandatory monthly fee to Mand for the website. What the project costs is set in your proposal. You'll pay your domain registrar and hosting provider directly, on your own account.

How long does a contractor website take?

Your proposal sets the timeline before work starts. What moves it most is how quickly the briefing and materials arrive and how quickly each review comes back. If we are waiting on something from you, the timeline waits with it.

What if I don't like the first draft?

That's what the review rounds are for. You review the whole site and send consolidated notes, and the number of rounds is set in your proposal. Extra rounds are available on request and may be quoted separately.

Is support included after launch?

When your proposal includes post-launch support, it covers the website we delivered and the scope we agreed: fixes, small corrections and questions about how something works. New pages, new features or a redesign are quoted separately. It is not an ongoing maintenance plan unless one is agreed.

Is my website built in more than one language?

Your website is built in the language you choose. Additional languages can be included in your proposal and are quoted with it. Mand Digital's own website is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, but that does not change what your project includes.

What's not included?

Domain, hosting, logo design, Google Business Profile setup and e-commerce are not part of a website project unless your proposal includes them, and neither is ongoing maintenance. Need something bigger? Larger and custom websites are scoped and quoted on their own.

Do you build websites for general contractors?

Yes. A general contractor's site usually has to serve two readers: homeowners planning a remodel or a build, and owners, architects or property managers checking whether you can run a larger project. We plan it around the work you want more of, with project pages that show scope and phases, your license and insurance stated plainly, the areas you take work in, and a request form that asks about the type and size of the project. If you specialize, the trade pages above go deeper, such as home builders and remodeling.

How do I get started?

Request a quote with the form on this page. We reply with questions or a proposal, and once you approve it, the project starts. No checkout, and no sales call required.

Your website. Your domain. Your hosting. No monthly fees.

Every website is quoted for the business it is built for. Tell us about yours and we will come back with questions or a proposal.
