Roofing Website Design Built Around Estimate Requests

Almost everyone who lands on a roofing website is doing one of two things: dealing with a problem right now, or getting a third quote on a replacement they have been putting off. We build the site so both find what they came for quickly and can ask for an estimate without hunting.

Up to seven pages, $1,497 total, on your own domain and hosting.

Websites Built for Roofing Companies

Two visitors, two different jobs for the site, and a structure that serves both without making either one dig.

The homeowner with water coming through a ceiling wants a phone number and some evidence you are real and local, in that order, and they want it in about fifteen seconds. The homeowner planning a replacement wants materials, warranty terms, finished work and a sense of what the process involves before they will fill in anything.

A site that only serves the second one loses the first. A site that only serves the first is a business card. We plan the pages so the urgent path is short and the considered path has somewhere to go.

  • Repairs, leak work and inspections, kept separate from replacement
  • Full replacement and new installation, with the materials you install
  • The roofing systems you actually work in: asphalt shingle, metal, tile, flat and low slope
  • Storm and hail work where you handle it
  • Gutters, ventilation and adjacent work if you offer it
  • Residential, commercial, or both, stated clearly

Work in progress does more for a roofing site than a finished roof. It shows a crew that was actually there.

What Happens After the Storm, and What Happens on Google

Two roofing customers exist and they behave nothing alike. One has water coming through a ceiling this afternoon. The other has been told the roof has five years left and is quietly collecting numbers.

The urgent one is on a phone, probably outside, and will call whoever answers first. The planning one will read three sites properly, compare what each says about materials and warranties, and take a week. A site built for only one of them loses the other.

Most roofing sites are built for the second and then wonder why emergency calls go elsewhere. The fix is not a redesign, it is a decision about what the first screen does.

Can somebody with an active leak reach you in ten seconds?

A phone number in the header on every page, tappable, not an image and not buried on a contact page.

Does the site say where you work, in words?

A shaded map answers nobody. A list of the towns you cover is what a homeowner actually searches for and what a search engine can read.

Is it obvious you do repairs and not only replacements?

Plenty of roofers lose repair work because their site reads as a full-replacement business. Those are two different sales.

Can somebody comparing three quotes tell yours apart?

If the site says the same things as the other two, price is the only thing left to compare on.

None of this requires more content. It requires the content you already have to be in a different order.

Recognise any of those?

Tell us which ones apply and we will say what we would do about them. No obligation and no sales sequence.

Present Roof Repairs, Replacements and Installations

Repair and replacement are different sales, so they get presented as different things rather than as one list of bullet points.

A repair customer is comparing response time and whether you will actually turn up. A replacement customer is comparing materials, warranty, crew and price against two other bids. Collapsing both into a single services page means neither reads well.

Material choice is worth its own space if you install more than one system. A homeowner deciding between architectural shingle and standing seam metal is making a decision about cost, lifespan and how the house will look, and most of them are doing that reading on your site before they call anyone.

Repair and leak work

Short, direct, and easy to reach from the top of the site. This visitor is not reading a warranty page.

Replacement and new roofs

Room to cover materials, what a tear-off involves, how long a job takes and what your warranty terms are.

Storm and insurance work

If you handle claims work, the site can explain how your process works with an adjuster. We describe what you do, never what an insurer will decide.

Build Trust With Project Photos and Customer Reviews

Roofing is a trade where homeowners have heard stories, so the site has to do more work than usual to show that you are established and local.

Completed roofs in recognisable neighbourhoods do most of that. Before and after shots of a replacement, a few tear-off progress photos, and a finished ridge line say more than a paragraph about quality. Your license number, your insurance status and any manufacturer certifications you hold belong somewhere obvious, because a certain kind of customer looks for exactly those.

Reviews carry weight here too. The site can present the reviews your customers have already left you on the platforms you use. We display what is genuinely yours; nothing on the site invents a rating, a testimonial or a project count.

Everything in this section comes from you. We build the places for your license, your certifications, your photos and your reviews to live. We do not source them and we do not fill the gaps with stand-ins.

Design directions

Five Directions Your Roofing Site Could Start From

Sixteen concepts from the studio, all built from the same five directions. A roofing site usually needs the loudest of them, because it is read by somebody standing in a wet hallway who needs the phone number and needs it now. Yours would start from one of these directions and would not look like any of them.

Make It Easy to Request a Roofing Estimate

The estimate request is the whole funnel for most roofing companies, so it is built to be reachable from every page and short enough to finish on a phone.

A useful roofing request asks for the property address or at least the town, the roof material if they know it, whether this is a leak or a planned replacement, the rough age of the roof, and whether insurance is involved. That is enough to sort an emergency from a bid and to know which crew it is for.

Your phone number stays visible and tappable throughout. On this trade a good share of the urgent work still arrives as a call, and a site that buries the number behind a contact page loses those jobs.

That request form is the one your customers fill in on your finished site. To reach us, use the form at the bottom of this page.

What Is Included in Your Roofing Website

One price, up to seven pages, and a site that is complete on the day it launches.

  • An estimate request form that reaches your inbox
  • A tappable phone number across the site
  • Space for your license, insurance and manufacturer certifications
  • Layouts that hold up on a phone, which is where most roofing traffic arrives
  • Technical SEO fundamentals: titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap
  • 30 days of support after delivery

Domain and hosting are separate and are not paid to us. You own both, and the site is deployed to your account.

Our Process and What It Costs

$1,497 total. $500 to start and $997 once you have approved the final version, before publication.

After the first payment clears and your briefing and materials are in, the first preview comes back within five business days. Three consolidated rounds of revisions follow, which means you look at the whole thing and send your notes in one go.

No monthly fee is paid to us for the website. The domain and hosting are in your name and the site is yours to move whenever you like.

  1. Briefing

You tell us the services you sell, the area you cover and what you want the site to do. This is a form, not a meeting, and it is where the structure gets decided.

  2. Materials

Photographs of your own work, your license and insurance details, and anything that has to appear on the site.

  3. Structure and copy

We draft the page plan and write the words from your briefing. You see both before anything is designed.

  4. First preview

The complete site, within 5 business days of the initial payment and an approved briefing.

  5. Revisions

You review the whole site and send your notes together. Up to 3 consolidated rounds are included.

  6. Approval and launch

You approve the final version, pay the $997 balance, and we deploy to your hosting on your domain.

That is the whole process.

If it fits, the $500 initial payment starts it. If you would rather ask something first, the form is a few lines below.

Roofing Website Design FAQs

Can the site handle both residential and commercial roofing?

Yes, and it usually should be split rather than blended.

The two buyers are different: a homeowner and a property manager are not reading for the same things. Within seven pages you can give each its own page and let the rest of the site serve both.

Can we show storm damage and insurance claim work?

Yes. We will write it around what you do.

The site can explain your inspection, your documentation and how you work alongside an adjuster. What it will not do is state what an insurance company will approve or pay, because that is not ours or yours to promise.

How prominent can the phone number be?

As prominent as you want, and it is tappable on mobile.

For roofing we normally keep it in the header on every page. A leak call is worth more than a form fill and it will not wait for a page load.

Can you add our manufacturer certifications?

Yes, if you hold them and can supply the logos or the wording you are licensed to use.

We place them. We do not verify them and we will not add a certification you have not confirmed you hold.

Do you write the content for the roofing pages?

Yes, based on what you tell us in the briefing.

We draft the copy from your services, your materials, your service area and how you describe your own work, then you review it in the revision rounds. You are not sent a blank page to fill in.

Will the site be ready before storm season?

The first preview arrives within five business days of your initial payment and completed briefing.

How fast it goes live after that depends mostly on how quickly the revision rounds come back. We are not going to give you a launch date that ignores your own review time.
